REASON & PROOF THAT TODAY’S BUSINESS SYSTEM IS AGAINST GOD’S WAY, HENCE NOT TRUE CHRISTIANITY – CONFINING THE POOR TO REMAIN EMPLOYEES FOREVER!

Employment is supposed to be for experience and training of the new worker, like you. It has been the error, even a sin, by older generations, ours and those previous to us, to pahimulos (take advantage) and suck the younger workers and use them until they got exhausted, slow and old, without them able to stand on their own as entrepreneurs or independent provider of their talents or services.

The Bible reveals to us God’s will namely: The employer should only use or hire a worker or employee for 6 years in the maximum (spirit and intent: as short as possible), and during these years, he must allow his employee to learn all so that by the 7th year, the employee can be released to stand on his own, and it is commanded by God to the employer to prepare capital to be used in releasing the employee in the 7th year.

This commandment is written in Deuteronomy 15. In Matthew 5, the Lord says His words or commandments are eternal and they will not disappear but only evolve to suit different times and eras. So, in this example in Deuteronomy 15, the capital at the time of Moses was sheep or cows, or goats, but today, it could be money, machine, skills, etc.

Deuteronomy, Chapter 15

1 At the end of every seven years thou shalt make a release...

12 And if thy brother, an Hebrew man, or an Hebrew woman, be sold unto thee, and serve thee six years; then in the seventh year thou shalt let him go free from thee.

13 And when thou sendest him out free from thee, thou shalt not let him go away empty:

14 Thou shalt furnish him liberally out of thy flock, and out of thy floor, and out of thy winepress: of that wherewith the LORD thy God hath blessed thee thou shalt give unto him.

15 And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt, and the LORD thy God redeemed thee: therefore I command thee this thing to day.

9 Beware that there be not a thought in thy wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thine eye be evil against thy poor brother, and thou givest him nought; and he cry unto the LORD against thee, and it be sin unto thee.

10 Thou shalt surely give him, and thine heart shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him: because that for this thing the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thy works, and in all that thou puttest thine hand unto.

11 For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.

So, this world’s employers/businessmen have been sinning against the young people especially the poor for exploiting them, instead of preparing them during the first 6 years of employment to successfully venture into their own business or become self-employed comes their 7th year of working.

These are what the employer must give to his employees: experience, exposure, skills and capital (money, machines, etc.).

Matthew 5:

17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets (ways being taught): I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil (meaning: make them the reality, make them the way of life, or the daily practice of the people, instead of only theory).

18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled (becomes reality. In the case of the prophecies of the prophets, the positive ones in particular, to get fulfilled among the people, and in the case of the teachings, to get implemented and become also the reality. So nothing got lost. Deuteronomy 15 should have become the reality or practice, and not thrown out as obsolete).

19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so (and this is what has been committed by the Catholic-Protestant network of churches biblically called the network of whore mother Church Mystery Babylon the Great and her protestant harlot daughters), he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Will bring us to hell our righteousness of hiring the young workforce and squeezing their strength until they got old and worn out, to enrich us, their employers... is a very great sin... we are stealing the riches that ought to be earned by these young work force if they were only released at their 7th year. It is a big sin to use employees to enrich ourselves when they ought to be released!

Obedient employers who act as nurturer of their employees releasing them at the 7th year, shall not worry... for God has another method of enriching them, namely: extra-ordinary productivity (hence, blessings) coming the (1) joy of these 6-year long employees; and (2) from their self-and-inner-originating motivation to be master and of high quality as fast as possible to ensure that the 7th comes, they are ready!

As to pressure to make them work fast, produce much quantity and of high quality at the same time, you do not need to come from you, the employer. No need for external motivation or pressure. The motivation or pressure to produce both quantity and quality will emanate from the heart and mind of the workers.

This is an amazing path to blessings (productivity, profitability) and prosperity for the God-obedient employers!!!

This is a big regret for 99% of employers in the Philippines, USA and the world for following the selfish righteousness of the Pharisees-Jesuits, that bars us from entering God’s kingdom.

Matthew 5: 20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

See? This is the sin of the generation of your parents and grand parents. Do not follow this.
